Applications by minors

How we collect and store your data and how we use the information we collect

In our applicant portal, you can also use the feature “APPLY WITH XING PROFILE”. If you activate this feature, you can import the data you have stored on XING into the application form. We then store this information in our applicant management system. However, you must expressly consent to us retrieving this profile data beforehand, by entering your XING access data.

You agree to the processing and transmission of your data for the purpose of the specific application process. Once the purpose for which we collected your data no longer applies, the data will be automatically deleted from the system.
Your consent is required for you to take part in the online application process. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without stating your reasons. To do so, send an e-mail to this effect to email@example.com.
The information you provide to us must be true, must not violate any rights of third parties, and must not breach the rules of public law or common decency (“prohibited content”). False information may lead to the termination of any employment relationship that may arise. Please also note that you must indemnify us from any claims arising as a result of information with prohibited content that you provided.
We use technical and organizational security measures to protect the data supplied by you against manipulation, loss, destruction, and access by unauthorized parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in accordance with technological development.
Amendment clause and terminating or changing the service
We are entitled to terminate this service at any time, or to delete your data in full or in part, without stating our reasons.

On request, moovel will inform you in writing as soon as possible and in accordance with applicable law, whether and what personal data relating to you has been stored by us. If, despite our efforts to ensure that the data is accurate and up to date, we have stored any incorrect information, we will correct such information immediately at your request.
